We surrender because God provides us the strength and peace to OVERCOME.  

Through training our bodies and minds together- we will grow in faith, connection and purpose.  

We are women of Grace and we are REFINING to GROW in our mission.  

To become women who pour from a cup that is full--

 to lift up those around us when theirs feel empty.

To be real, open and honest in a safe space.    

To become women who are healing our whole selves through the strength of Christ.  

To reflect the power of God to overcome obstacles and be Refined by God's grace.
